As of 23rd August shipping to USA has been suspended.
Due to the new import duty changes imposed by USA for all orders and gifts, that are payable by the buyer. The import tariffs at present are unclear and we do not want our customers to pay heavy import charges on their orders until we can tell you what they might be. We will continue to monitor the situation and update this section when more information is available.
As of 13th December 2024 shipping to Northern Ireland and EU Countries has been suspended
New GPSR regulations came into effect on 13th December which require all business’ to adhere to these rules when sending products to the EU. As a small business the cost of fulfilling all of the GPSR requirements is not viable and therefore we have made the unfortunate decision not to enter into GPSR and therefore we will no longer be posting to Northern Ireland and EU countries.
To clarify, Northern Ireland is not an EU country and is part of UK but due to Brexit, they do have to comply with EU rules regarding trading and therefore the GPSR rules apply to Northern Ireland too.
